While we strive for maximum accuracy, the final responsibility for the estimate’s accuracy and submission lies with the client (the contractor or professional of record).
2. Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for providing clear, legible, and accurate project details.
- Authorization: You represent that you have the legal right to share the property data and photos provided to us.
3. Turnaround Times & Delivery
- We aim for “Fast Delivery” as advertised. However, delivery times may vary based on project complexity and volume.
- Estimates are delivered in ESX and PDF formats via email or our secure portal.
4. Revisions and Refunds
- Scope Review: We offer a review phase to ensure the estimate reflects the provided scope.
- Revisions: Minor adjustments based on the original scope are included. Significant changes to the scope after the estimate is completed may incur additional fees.
- Refunds: Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of estimating, refunds are typically not issued once the work has commenced.
5. Limitation of Liability
ICE Estimates acts as an independent consultant. We are not liable for any losses, claim denials, or disputes between the client and insurance carriers, homeowners, or third parties resulting from the use of our estimates.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos and sample reports, is the property of ICE Estimates and may not be used without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ICE Estimates operates.
